So, whether you’re simmering a sauce or making a stir fry, you can find a temperature that will cook it to perfection.

      The boost option on each zone will give you a quick blast if you need heat in a hurry – perfect for searing meat. And, this NEFF induction hob comes with a CombiZone, a flexible area on the right-hand side of the model. This can be used as two individual cooking zones or a single, large space which will suit your biggest pans.

    Using an automatic pan sensor, the T48FD23X0 detects which areas are in use. When a large item is placed over the two CombiZone rings, unique induction coils heat the whole area at once. Pots and pans of all sizes will fit easily, without any shortage of hob space..
