Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. As soon as our office picks up your order we will contact you to arrange delivery for usually the same or next day. 

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, email, or over the Internet.

Tax Charges 

All orders include 20% VAT .

Credit Card Security 

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee 

We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are brand new boxed stock and come with a minimum of 12 months manufactuer's guarantee. Where products on our site show a longer guarantee this is either direct with the manufactuer or via a reputable extended warranty insurer.
